Olive Oil: Arkč BioIn a large skillet with the high edges sauté on medium heat 3-4 cloves of chopped garlic, add the clams and cook until open, sprinkle with the white wine and cook a few more minutes. Meanwhile in a pot cook the spaghetti, while it is still al dente add it to the clams and continue cooking in the pan, slowly adding some cooking water from the pasta to make a sauce. Lastly, drizzle with Arkč bio oil and season with black pepper.
Serve spaghetti with clams in the middle of a flat dish, sprinkle with a little creamy background and a drizzle of arkč bio oil, decorated with a couple of sprigs of fresh lemon thyme.
